Espinosa Laranja Escuro Corona Gorda

Laranja Reserva Escuro is the dark one — escuro is Portuguese for dark, and the name describes the leaf. Released in 2019 as the second entry in the Laranja series, it took No. 4 on Cigar Dojo’s cigar of the year list. A rich Brazilian maduro wrapper replaces the original’s vivid orange leaf, over Nicaraguan binder and aged Nicaraguan long fillers. Deeper and sweeter than the Laranja that preceded it: dark chocolate, espresso, hickory, black pepper and a molasses sweetness that holds through the finish. Presented in ten-count boxes.
