At Deco Drive Cigars, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how decodrivecigars.com collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information when you browse our site or make a purchase.
Your name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, date of birth (required by law to verify age), order history, and messages you send us. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. If you join our VIP List we keep your email and, if you opt in, your mobile number. Like most websites, we also collect standard technical data — IP address, browser, device and pages viewed — through cookies.
To process and ship your orders, verify that you are 21 or older, calculate taxes, send order and shipping updates, reply to your messages, send VIP List emails or texts if you asked for them, prevent fraud, and comply with tax and tobacco laws.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with third-party tools that help us fulfill orders and purchases and with government authorities when the law requires it.
We use cookies for the cart, login, checkout and the age gate, and for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies will stop the site from working.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. If you opt in to text messages, reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
Order, tax and age-verification records are kept as long as federal and state law require. Account information is kept while your account is active.
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing emails and messages. Email support@decodrivecigars.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject.
We use SSL encryption and standard safeguards.
This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger; if we learn we have, we delete it.
