Every order ships from our shop at 1446 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida.
We ship with UPS to street addresses in the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and we do not ship internationally.
Standard Shipping (UPS Ground) is $21.99 within Florida and $25.99 to the rest of the contiguous United States. 2-Day Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) is $34.99 within Florida and is calculated at checkout for other states. Rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and rates for humidors and oversized items, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day once payment and age verification clear. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
UPS Ground from Miami takes 1–2 business days within Florida and most of the Southeast, and up to 5 business days to the West Coast. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather or carrier delays.
Every order ships UPS Adult Signature Required. The UPS driver will verify a government-issued ID showing the recipient is 21 or older and will not leave the package unattended. Please ship to an address where an adult can sign during delivery hours — a workplace or UPS Access Point works well. Packages returned to us after three failed delivery attempts are subject to a reshipment fee.
We do not ship to Colorado, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia or Wisconsin. Orders placed with a shipping address in one of these states will be cancelled and refunded. We ship to all other U.S. states where the delivery of cigars by common carrier is lawful. We do not ship internationally.
Federal rules prohibit shipping butane by air. Orders with lighters or fuel ship UPS Ground only.
We pack cigars with humidification. In summer months or to hot climates, we recommend 2-Day Shipping.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@decodrivecigars.com with your order number and photos. We will file a claim with UPS and replace or refund the affected items.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We collect Florida sales tax at the rate for your delivery county. We do not ship to states that require online sellers to collect tobacco excise tax.
Available at our Ocean Drive shop, Monday–Sunday, 10 am–10 pm. Bring a government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older.
