Welcome to Deco Drive Cigars. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of decodrivecigars.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By entering the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We verify age at checkout and require an adult signature (21+) on every delivery. Orders that fail age verification will be cancelled.
Deco Drive Cigars sells premium cigars, cigar accessories, and related goods. All tobacco products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold. Product images are representative; wrapper shade, band design, and packaging may vary by production run. Rare and allocated releases are limited to available stock and may be capped per customer.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, and limit quantities at any time, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order due to a pricing or stock error, you will receive a full refund.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion, including for age verification failures, suspected fraud, resale activity, or shipping restrictions. Payment is captured at checkout. By providing a payment method you confirm you are authorized to use it.
Sales tax and any applicable state tobacco excise taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. You are responsible for any taxes owed in your state that are not collected by us.
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided and the adult signature is obtained.
Return terms are set out in our Return Policy. Because cigars are perishable and regulated, tobacco products are not returnable except as described there.
