Age Verification Policy

Federal and Florida law prohibit the sale of tobacco to anyone under 21. We do not sell to, ship to, or knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. Attempting to purchase tobacco while underage is unlawful.

How we verify. 

You confirm that you are 21 or older when you enter the site, and your date of birth is required to complete the checkout. We reserve the right to request a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID before shipping any order, and your order will not ship until we receive it. ID copies are used only for verification and kept only as long as the law requires.

We may ask again to verify your age if you change your shipping address or use a payment method that provides limited billing information.

Delivery. 

Every package is delivered UPS Adult Signature Required. The driver checks ID at the door and will not release the package to anyone under 21.

By ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older, that the products are for your personal use and not for resale, that they are legal to purchase and possess where you live, and that the information you gave us is accurate.
