Padron Damaso No. 32 (Red Label)

Damaso is Padron’s Connecticut-wrapped line, named for the family patriarch who first grew tobacco in Cuba in the 1890s. A silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper covers the same aged Nicaraguan binder and long filler found throughout the Padron portfolio. This is a Red Label — the designation Padron uses for the fuller, more robust expression within the Damaso line. Expect creamy almond and vanilla up front, baking spice and caramel through the middle, and cocoa, sweet cedar and light pepper on the finish. Mild-to-medium, with the flawless construction the family name guarantees.
